I’m written in Python and use the Discourse API via Python Requests, and Red Hat Bugzilla library. I am, of course, open source.

Some of the templates I use are not hard-coded. Instead, I read them from this unlisted topic. That way, members of the @common-issues-triage group can update the text I put into my messages without needing to change my code.
