I installed Fedora 43 on a new laptop. The speakers from the laptop are selected as sound-sink.
When playing a youtube video, after some minutes it suddenly stops producing sound. I used audacity to test the speakers. Audacity gives sound as usual.
After this test, youtube gives sound for some minutest and then stops again.
Any help appreciated.

This ONLY happens when playing YouTube videos? i.e. when YT stops playing sound, video continues and if you fire up some other sound playing package the video still continues to play silently, with your mp3 (say) for example emitting sound quite happily?

I’ll try tomorrow. After a few nights of experimenting I’m getting tired 
I found somewhere that the command sudo dnf reinstall pipewire pipewire-pulseaudio pipewire-alsa wireplumber would reinitialize the soundsystem. I don’t know if this was the real solution but this morning YT gives no problems.
