Did you already install the gstreamer (and other video/audio) codecs?

Is this RPM package or Flatpak? If it is RPM, do you have ffmpeg-libs package installed?

It’s from Fedora Spins with continuous upgrades.
Help me please.

I am assuming you are using RPM package. First add RPMFusion Free repository if you haven’t done it already: sudo dnf install https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm

Then install ffmpeg-libs package: sudo dnf install ffmpeg-libs
