XLR mic recordings recorded via ZOOM F3 field recorder connected as a USB DAC produces buzzing sound in Fedora 44 or Fedora 43 and earlier. If I record my XLR mic sound via ZOOM F3 directly to a microSD card or as a USB DAC via macOS, there is no buzzing sound even at max gain. Any ideas?
It produces the buzzing sound in any software like Reaper or OBS Studio. But I noticed that if I use FFmpeg VAAPI AV1 video encoder with PCM 32-bit float audio in OBS Studio thanks to the gstreamer1-vaapi package, the recorded sound is crystal clear without any buzzing noise.
