Xfs as main filesystem type on modern Fedora installations

Do you have any experience with using xfs in LVM as main filesystem type in modern Fedora installations i.e. Fedora Workstation 43+? I know that this filesystem has been invented mainly for servers with databases, but some people also use it on their desktops and opinions are ambiguous. Many issues were reported in the past, especially about data integrity after abrupt shutdown, but most of them are quite old, they have at least few years.

I use xfs on LVMs in my Oracle Linux (RHEL derivative) VMs on almost all partitions, especially on / partition and partitions were users and applications data are stored (/home, /var, /opt and so on). I have never experienced any problem with my system after sudden and brutal shutdown of the system, and my VMs experienced this many times. Even database installed on them like free version of Oracle Database and PostgreSQL always restored their data to correct state without any manual intervention.

I know btrfs is the default option on Workstation for some reasons but I have more experience with xfs and I like the setup with classical Logical Volumes. But maybe in Fedora Workstation there is something about which I don’t know, and server systems are much better designed to handle xfs than desktops.
