Hi, thanks for packageing ungoogled chromium for Fedora. I noticed a small issue, I believe with this packaged version rather than the upstream project. the .desktop file has the following entry:
StartupWMClass=Chromium-browser

which I believe should actually be :

StartupWMClass=chromium-browser

as it stands, on GNOME, when opening the app, if it is pinned to the dash, I get another generic icon representing the open window as it doesn’t link the two together. Creating a local user copy of the .desktop file and amending this entry resolved the problem as a workaround.

Hi, you’re welcome. You probably have this issue with chromium-browser as well. Could you then report this bug to chromium-browser in Fedora? Fixing it there would propagate to ungoogled-chromium here.
