I have in house wired private network and each machine gets it’s own wifi.
Something has changed I’m not sure what but all my ethernet connections need to be started manually after boot of sleep suspend.
I have never had to bring up manually before. Networkmanager allways started the wired interface first thing.
Plasma X11 fully updated fc38
Is there a new way to reset interfaces automatically after sleep/suspend?
I am not sure about plasma, but gnome disables the network when suspending/sleeping for power save reasons. The control on the upper right of the screen allows the user to restart the network.
On a reboot or cold boot the network is usually automatically started. Boot from sleep or suspend is a power save issue for starting the network.
