This setup is pretty much just Fedora KDE without the educational and games apps. I just want to know if I’m missing any important packages.

Bit weird though - you don’t pull in linux-firmware, so I assume you’ve got that covered elsewhere but you do pull in the braille tty, which I assume you require.
I’m planning on installing this on a T or P series ThinkPad.
It looks that the groups that are required by your environment are not defined, and the groups you do define are not required.
