I just discovered systemd-networkd and I was wondering if it has any chances to be adopted by Fedora any time soon, at least Fedora Server. It follows the nice configuration of all systemd, it provides a networkctl app and it feels like it would be nice to be the default.

Asking questions such as that here when the question is related to rawhide is wasted effort. This forum supports the released (and beta) versions.
You would be better informed to ask this question by approaching the developers and policy makers for fedora project.
With that said, the package you ask about is already in use with both fedora 34 & 35 so the question is a moot point.
