WiFi on mac-book pro A1297 with Fedora 31

Hi All,
Just installed Fedora 31 on my MacBook Pro A1297 seamlessly… well except theirs no WiFi in the networks section, it does however have a wired connection which I promptly plugged in and updated my software but still again no WiFi,
please help as there is something very wrong with a hardwired Laptop!!

I assume it has a wifi adapter installed, so you need to look at dmesg or lspci and see what the hardware is, and if there are any errors logged.
I suspect the problem is that Fedora is unable to find the drivers for the wifi. You may have to search for the driver, and if you provide details on what the adapter is someone may already know the answer.

Note, also, that wifi is in its own “wi-fi” section in Gnome settings. It is not accessible from the “network” section.
