Hello. I am new user to Fedora and recently shifted from Windows 11 after facing a severe performance drop. I am using an usb cable to tether data. I already have a wifi dongle on the cpu but it is not being read. Using the command lsusb, the OS is able to sense the presence of the dongle but not use it. And my desktop does not have a in built wifi card in it.

This is the key. The system sees the device but has not loaded a driver.
This discussion is for a similar issue and apparently did not have a solution.
There are several other wifi dongles available that do work OOTB with fedora, including the ones I have (EDUP Wifi 6E AX3000 wireless usb adapter) that was purchased from amazon.com and has a mediatek chipset (device 3 below) which is supported native by linux since the release of kernel 5.19 (some time back)
