Wi-fi connection is slow on boot, I have to disconnect, and reconnect to the wifi so I won’t get “timeout” errors on firefox or on the terminal.
Going to need a lot more detail than that… inxi is the usual go-to provider.

Make and model of the wifi card? I’ll guess at an Intel chipset.
What is the initial transmit and receive bitrate on the connection right after a boot and how does that differ when you reconnect it? i.e. have you measured anything and do you have any evidence, so you know when you’ve fixed it?

I was under the impression that this was a regular thing from your initial question - was it just a one-off and a subsequent reboot resulted in normal operation?
I believe It had to do with WIFI powersaving
When reporting an issue, try to provide enough detail to allow others with access to similar hardware to reproduce the issue. As already mentioned, inxi -ezxx provides key details. You should mention if you are booting another OS. WiFi on Linux that relies on “out-of-kernel” drivers often has problems after installing newer kernels so if WiFi is “mission critical” you should consider adding a USB dongle that uses “in-kernel” drivers.
