Wifi card compatibility question

Hello I have recently installed fedora 32 and I am looking to by either the tp link AX3000 or the asus version of it and i was wondering if they are compatible with linux.

Hi @silentbirdie & welcome to the forum.

The Asus/TP Link AX3000 are routers, no? In that case, this is entirely unrelated to your choice of operating system - if Wifi is working on your laptop in general, then it will work with a WLAN provided by those particular routers.

@lcts
you are right for some reason the amazon listing says it’s the ax3000 weird anyways i bought it and it works out of the box with linux better than with windows.
edit: this webpage also says ax3000
