Wi-Fi connected but no internet/ death slow after yesterday's update

After updating Fedora yesterday before sleep, my Wi-Fi stopped working properly today.

Here’s what happens:

Wi-Fi connects to my router successfully. But there is no internet access. USB tethering from my phone works fine. The router itself is working normally, and other devices can access the internet without any issues.
Edit:

When reporting an issue you need to provide enough detail to allow others with similar hardware to reproduce your issue. This requires:

  1. hardware details such as the output from running inxi -Fzxx in a terminal,
  2. fully updated Fedora packages and vendor firmware so you aren’t chasing a solved problem as well as making it easy for others to have the same versions, and
  3. relevant journal entries.

If you are not familiar with the journal, see https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/viewing-logs/.

Edit: HP offers a firmware update 01.31.00 Rev.A Apr 30, 2025, but yours is from 2023.

Please run these commands and post the output from each as pre-formatted text using the </> button or by surrounding each block with triple backticks like the following:
