Why replace ostree with bootc? Doesn't ostree do it's job well?

However, doesn’t ostree already support container-native booting? After all, bootc and rpm-ostree are used in parallel right now.
(UBlue and BlueBuild already exist, they use this!)

Additionally, rpm-ostree supports layering specific packages like drivers and alternate wifi daemons like iwd, and even a locally-generated initramfs when required…

Doesn’t ostree already work?

I know there is a reason to switch to bootc even then, but IDK the reason(s)… Plz…
