Why has URM not created an RHBZ bug to track `accerciser-3.48.0`?

Why has upstream-release-monitoring@fedoraproject.org not created a “$package is available” bug for accerciser-3.46.2-5.fc43.noarch, when 3.48.0 exists? [1] [2]

Apologies; I presume it’s because bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-bcaef91d26 exists. I forgot about Bodhi.

It’s because monitoring is disabled on the package.

See Making sure you're not a bot! and look at the left
side where it says ‘monitoring’ is disabled.

@kevin, thanks. Any idea why, or how I could ascertain why? (If not for the option to disable it existing, I wouldn’t have imaged that that would ever be desirable.) @mclasen, do you know?

It’s up to the admin(s) of the package to set it as they like.

It could be disabled because they are involved already upstream so know
when a new release happens, or have some other automation to update it.
