The feature I liked from Fedora Workstation was the fact that it was possible to create the user post-install which felt like a better experience. In addition of it being helpful for OEM installs, it felt like I am installing a traditional operating system like MacOS or Windows. I was under the impression that only Workstation had this feature since it was the only “Official“ Fedora edition; however, we had Fedora KDE as an “Official“ spin for a while. Why did not Fedora KDE had gotten a similar treatment in terms of user setup? What actually differs Fedora KDE from other Fedora Spins aside from categorization?
Wait one more month and then F44 is released with the user creation after the installation. Or download and install the Beta version and when you find them report issues to make it better.

What Jande said, but also I believe that was this way because of KDE, rather than Fedora.
But the new KDE in 44 does the same thing as GNOME.
This is very good news, thanks for letting me know. I also have another setup question which I want to ask:
Like in Windows or on MacOS, is there a feasible way to decrypt and encrypt a system while its running (online)?
I can also create another topic for this if you want.
Yes, maybe that is better so you can finish this thread. The new thread will then also have the matching name.
