We use epel 7 (noarch) in our older docker base images.
Where can I find it in the archives?
Looking for epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm.

EL7 was end of lifed in June of 2024. As part of that, the packages were moved to the archive sector so it was clear these packages no longer got updates.
