When are the rpm packages updated?

I’m using Antigravity. As per their instructions, I’ve enabled
https://us-central1-yum.pkg.dev/projects/antigravity-auto-updater-dev/antigravity-rpm

However, still saw version 1.23.2 in dnf info. Hence, went ahead that downloaded the source tarball and installed it using make.
Trouble with this is that next time again, it’ll be a manual upgrade. I wanted it to be handled with regular system upgrade, hence, asking how much lead time do we have for packages to be upgraded?
