The Fedora Mentor Summit at Flock 2026 is back for its 5th edition 
and we’re really excited about the mix of activities we’ve planned this year to help people connect, share, and celebrate contributions across the community.
First up are the Lunch & Learn sessions. 
These are informal gatherings during lunch time where you can step out of your usual circles, meet new people, and share experiences over a meal. Everyone attending Flock is welcome to join. If you’d like to facilitate a session or just see what’s planned, you can check the daily topics and sign up here. (Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3)
Then we have a fun icebreaker: the sticker matching activity. 
When you register, you’ll receive a Fedora mascot sticker. Your mission is to find others with the same one. It’s a simple way to start conversations naturally and connect with mentors, mentees, and first-time attendees in a low-pressure way.
Finally, we’ll be highlighting the Fedora Contributor Recognition Program, which celebrates meaningful contributions across Fedora. In the last Flock session, we’ll share more about how the program started and introduce this year’s winners.
