For me it is 5.14 on GrapheneOS on a Pixel 6a. Crazy, I didnt know that Android was that stable. But 6.6 is pretty new so that makes sense.
The kernel on Android is so heavily patched that it probably isn’t meaningful to compare it with the more general Linux kernels. But to answer your question, my systems tend to run whatever is the latest kernel supported by OpenZFS: Releases · openzfs/zfs · GitHub

4.19 on both a Samsung tablet and a Motorola phone here, both are Android 13.
