I suspect most people who rely on their machine to be as they expect it tot be and to remain as they configured it, don’t move from distro to distro when the latest shiny thing appears.
Doing so usually brings a new set of issues for very little difference when you peel away the wallpaper and whether you type pacman, apt or dnf

Basically embeds konsole into the desktop, so now I have BTOP permantly in the background 
You have to create a profile in konsole with Command: btop -p 1 or -p 2 (p stands for preset) then run this profile in the widget settings.

I do not think so. I like the modern mouse of Xfce, it is different but specific for an older desktop which tries to keeps up .
I’ve had the spaceshuttle before—it came default, as far as i remember i added this mouse wallpaper a few days ago, found it while doom scrolling my folders
