What exactly are "Related Packages”?

Related packages are sub package of main package or point to main package.
For example I choose opencv and spec file Tree - rpms/opencv - src.fedoraproject.org
As you can see in spec file there are some other packages like “python3-opencv” or “opencv-contrib” which they are subpackage and If you like any of them in packages.fpo it will also point to main package. it is basically show which package come where or where to belongs to.
