We request that steps be taken to correct the Telegram package on Fedora 43

Hey guys

Does anyone know when the RPMfusion-free team will be providing a fix for the Telegram packages on Fedora 43?

Please find attached images for your information:

In the meantime you can install Telegram from their site with

$ wget -O telegram.tar.xz https://telegram.org/dl/desktop/linux
$ tar xf telegram.tar.xz
$ sudo mv Telegram /opt/telegram
$ sudo ln -sf /opt/telegram/Telegram /usr/bin/telegram

The telegram update is up on rpmfusion-free-updates-testing repo if you’d like to install it early.

To enable permanently:
sudo dnf config-manager setopt rpmfusion-free-updates-testing.enabled=1

To enable just for the install:
sudo dnf install telegram-desktop --enable-repo=rpmfusion-free-updates-testing

Hey guys

The updated Telegram packages still have discrepancies between them.

Problem: The installed package telegram-desktop-6.2.4-2.fc43.x86_64 requires libada.so.2()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed.
