Have you tried with other devices on same network does that works perfectly.
Can you post output of
lspci in </> it could be a driver issue.
And we do need some more system information.
Every other device works perfectly. Suddenly this internet issue started.

Internet is working with other networks such as my mobile hotspot
You have a intel card which veey much supported in linux ao there should be no issues and what do you mean by with mobile hotspot if with your mobile internet access point you can use internet but with your home wifi system you can’t use internet.
If that is the case. And i told you to add your output in </> so it is easier to see. Please do.

I’m a bit confused too. Your initial post says that wireless and wired doesn’t work. But then you say that it works with your hotspot, so wireless works?
