Using Rasdaemon as default instead of Mcelog for hardware monitoring

So while removing some unnecessary services I came across the service mcelog, I looked into it and I think it would be a good idea to officially replace it with rasdaemon due to it’s modern CPU support, usage of kernel tracepoints and active maintenance.
I find it storing events in SQLite databases quite a feature as well.
Thoughts?

I know on newer cpus rasdeamon is required, not sure if mcelog works for some old cpus not covered by rasdaemon.

Since you have the choice to install either and I think neither is installed by default
i am not sure what you are asking for.
