Hi admins,
I’d like to change my Discussion username from yazanalmonshed to yazanmonshed. The username field on my Preferences → Account page is read-only, so I can’t do it myself.
I’ve checked and yazanmonshed appears to be available.
If this needs to be changed in Fedora Accounts first rather than here, could you point me in the right direction?

Yes what you want to change is the Alias you are using in FAS (Account system).
Create a ticket in Infrastructure and they will tell what exactly you have todo, alias what they will do.
We don’t have an easy process to rename accounts.
So, you will need to just register a new account with the new name.
Note that you can’t use the same email address for it, and if you need
to do that, then yeah, an infra ticket and we can close the old account
and free up the email address for you.
