USB input devices aren't recognized

Hi,

I have a wireless mouse (Xiaomi Dual Mode Wireless Mouse 2), I just plugged it in and it worked before.
I got a new laptop (Lenovo Legion) and updated to Fedora 43. Now it just shows “Wireless device” and the mouse doesn’t work.

What should I try other than updating everything?

First update everything (if possible) then troubleshoot if the update does not fix the problem.

Thanks, I meant to say that I already did update before asking

I tried with a wired mouse and my keyboard too, and none of them got recognized either

Apparently this new device was already broken, the usb hub didn’t work in BIOS either. So please delete this post
