I am using LXDE.
I’ve upgraded from Fedora 31 to Fedora 32 using dnf system-upgrade plugin.
Once it has restarted, the applications icons disappeared of menu.
I can see everything is fine on local/share/applications
.
What can solve it ?

To start with, can you please create a new user and see if the issue persist there?
Also, do you mean ~/.local/share/applications
or /usr/share/applications
?
I mean both of them.
Can you try this please?
Suddenly, after a kernel update, all icons is appearing correctly now.
Thank you anyway
