Upgrade issue F43 -> F44, could not upgrade due to package kdelibs-6:4.14.38-49.fc43.x86_64

Running dnf system-upgrade download:

$ run0 dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=44 --best

  - kdelibs-6:4.14.38-49.fc43.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository 
  - problem with installed package

I’m in no hurry to upgrade, I’d just want to solve this at some point. Also It seems like a good idea to have it as a future reference, maybe others need the answer too.

I think youi will have to remove first kdelibs-webkit, not in F44:

dnf -q list kdelibs-webkit --releasever=44
No matching packages to list

I ran into this too and got things working by running sudo rpm --erase kdelibs-webkit --nodeps
