I have some fedora 42 runtimes installed and pinned by default. Should I unpin them? I am at fedora 44.

Fedora Flatpak runtimes should not be pinned according to this discussion. I’d say it’s safe to upin them, and let the flatpak tooling remove them if not needed, with the flatpak uninstall --unused command.
