I am using a veteran souped-up HP6930p on its corresponding HP Docking Sta. I did some troubleshooting using the laptop alone, laptop docked w/external display, w/o external display & the laptop connected directed to the display. In both instances where I booted up the system either undocked or docked w/o display, the system performed beautifully. Once you add up the external display, the system struggles to boot up and goes to sleep mode. This never happened with previous versions of Fedora. Again, w/o external display I am a happy camper…in fact, I am creating this topic using the subject laptop. Maybe a fix is in the works…lets see. Any suggestions?
