I know the repositories do not need to be reinstalled
But do I have to follow the rest of the install steps?
Such as for AppStream metadata and the multimedia howto
If you had working rpmfusion repos in f40 they will have been updated to work in f41.
Are you seeing a problem?
I usually do the commands on rpmfusion after ever upgrade because many releases ago I had a problems and that fixed it and sometimes they have new commands
But this time it removed some codecs and other things I can’t remember
Rpmfusion was also removed from gnome software
I just restored the clone of 40 and started over
This time I was more selective and didn’t do all the commands and it worked fine
