I know I have isues but so does update.

us this a bug or a feature?

Try the update from the command line with sudo dnf update --refresh as it will give you actionable error messages.

What output do you get?

This is a flatpak.

Run

flatpak update 

(dnf won’t do anything)

Also flatpak update. The “Error 1 of 2” in the picture looks like an issue trying to install a Flatpak runtime.
