This is a independent issue, i dont think it is related to the freeze. And so is the sleep thing. After the next game freeze please reboot and send the output of journalctl -k -b -1 | grep amdgpu A useful test would be to boot the previous Kernel and running the same game. If the freeze stops on the previous kernel it might be kernel regression.

Cannot load libdnf plugin enabled from: /etc/dnf/libdnf5-plugins/00-systemd-inhibit.conf

Try remove the file /etc/dnf/libdnf5-plugins/00-systemd-inhibit.conf. The file belongs to the package libdnf5-plugin-systemd-inhibit.

If that makes dnf work again, you can either re-install that package or un-install it.
