Unable to play media files encoded with AC3 or H265 in Fedora 38 Beta

Hi,

I followed the steps in this path and installed all plugins.

Installing plugins for playing movies and music

But still I am unable to play some media files having AC3 or H265 codecs.
I know it works in Fedora 37. But strangely not working in Fedora 38 (Beta).
Attaching screenshot where Videos application in GNOME reports decoders not installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to add the rpmfusion repos.
