Unable to install, update any package from yum and dnf

Hello guys

I am facing issue when i am trying to update any package using yum and dnf it say already updated
but it not already updated when i am see specific version it is older. and also this package manager cannot find any package always show package not found.

i think it some kind of lock or something. guys please help me.

i am using Amazon linux fedora based.

and also all repos are enabled. also perform dnf clean all, yum clean all

sure i will sent very soon current i do not have my laptop with me.
i also check dnf repolist all enabled.

Let’s check the release info and verify the repos:

hostnamectl status; dnf repolist
