The latest libfilezilla in Rawhide provides libfilezilla.so.58 (latest commit) but the latest filezilla expects libfilezilla.so.53.
So I think you could either downgrade libfilezilla to previous version (0.54.1-2.fc45) or wait for the maintainer to make a corresponding update to filezilla.
