Unable to get nvidia drivers to work

I am using rpmfusion and tried to rebuild the drivers using

sudo akmods --force --rebuild

Using the command just gives me this error which i have no idea what it means:

Checking kmods exist for 6.13.9-200.fc41.x86_64 [ OK ]
Files needed for building modules against kernel
6.13.9-200.fc41.x86_64 could not be found as the following
directories are missing:
/usr/src/kernels/6.13.9-200.fc41.x86_64/
/lib/modules/6.13.9-200.fc41.x86_64/build/Is the correct kernel-devel package installed? [FAILED]

My secure boot setting is off.

Make sure to fully upgrade and boot the latest kernel:
Overview - rpms/kernel - src.fedoraproject.org
If the issue persists, remove the old kernel.

It might be because the packages kernel-devel-matched and kernel-devel are not installed or updated to the current version.
