I have just installed F43 Workstation on a new system with multiple audio outputs and I am unable to switch the audio output using the panel in the top right or via system settings.
My motherboard audio is listed by lspci as
0f:00.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Radeon High Definition Audio Controller
I was able to locate [F43] Cant change audio output through Gnome Settings/Quick Settings and the solution to use pauvcontrol works for me, however, I do not have the specific hardware setup listed nor do I see the log messages described when I query journalctl.
All I get is this

It seems that changing the audio output to anything other than the rear jacks on my motherboard. Even the front headphone jack output can be set correctly. However, only the pulse volume control lets me change the output to the read jacks.
I think this was working on the live cd during installation/before the update, but I honestly didn’t pay close attention.
I’m wondering what to do next in since I don’t wan to just chime in on the reported bug since my setup appears different and maybe there is some other issue at play.
