Unable to activate Orca screen reader on Fedora 44 Workstation Live ISO

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use the Fedora 44 Workstation Live ISO, but I am unable to activate/turn on the Orca screen reader in the live environment.

The shortcut keys do not trigger it, and I cannot get any screen reader feedback. Is Orca disabled by default on this build, or is there a specific way/command to start it on the Live ISO?

I’ve just tried it using Live ISO I’ve downloaded about a week ago. Seems to be working fine although it doesn’t say anything when I press Alt+Win+s at first, then I press again and it says “Screen reader off” and then if I press again and says it’s on.

Do you press Alt+Win+s to activate it?

I haven’t used Orca before so I don’t know what to expect when Alt+Win+s is pressed and I don’t know how commonly known this shortcut even is.
