Two workstations upgraded to Fedora 41 - one got an issue with Evolution

Hi. I tried this in FedoraForum, but so far got no response and the issue persists, so I will now ask for help here.
As the title says, I upgraded my two workstations from F40 to F41. In one of them, however, Evolution is working mostly as usual, except for a 5 - 30 seconds delay in opening a new message window. I get the “Evolution Is Not Responding” warning message, offering to either wait for or abort the operation.
After clicking the “Wait” button several times or just wait for 5 or 30 seconds (it varies), the message window opens as expected and behavior returns to normal. This issue happens either while launching a new message or with reply/forward.
As mentioned, this only occurs with one of my workstations, a System76 Thelio Mira. In the other, which is a generic machine, not a single issue. In both, I’m using rpms for Evolution; not flatpak.
I launched Evolution from a terminal and then asked for a new message, but not a single warning was shown from the command prompt. Any suggestion would be welcome, since I don’t know what else to try for diagnosing/fixing this problem.

Just a clarification: if you start Evolution from the command line, are you not experiencing the problem?

Behavior remains the same, even from terminal, with no feedback.
