Turn off and install updates

There is a new bug I believe in Fedora 43 Workstation. I usually install updates at the end of the day by selecting Install updates and Power off option. However, since the upgrade to F43, clicking on Power off does nothing. Then, I have to use the shortcut to poweroff again. This powers off the laptop without restarting to install the updates. If I start my laptop again, it will install updates and power off.

What is going on here?
