I am having trouble /w installation & i can’t find anything relating to my issue

Sorry, i couldn’t find a way to copy any of the text from the VM.
From the guide you linked to:
Step 2: Create the virtual machine and boot the ISO
Create a VM with the specs above, set the firmware to UEFI
Did you set the firmware to UEFI?
I’m certain i did, but now i’m not quite sure if GNOME boxes supports it.
Edit: It does, but for some reason i can’t use it on the azure VM.
You can deploy UEFI VMs with virt-manager or virt-install.
It can be managed with GNOME Boxes after initial deployment.
