@penguinista it is difficult for us to help you. We do not know how exactly you installed your system and you still not answered which Desktop Eenvironment you are using.
Or at least the snapshots you made with. We do not officially support Timeshift as it not fits into Fedora because we have not this @home @boot subvolumes as Ubuntu has.
This way giving you advice for timeshift is difficult.
