so i already turned off that “Translucency” option in settings and setted the opacity of my panel to “Opaque” but there is still some transperent elements
panels popups and krunner to be specific

how do i turn off transperency for them (and potentially for everything else in the system)?
figured it out by myself
i copied active theme (for me it was default or something settings showing breeze-dark as my active theme idk) to .local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ so i can edit it and unzipped 3 .svgz files:
dialogs/background.svgz
widgets/background.svgz
widgets/tooltip.svgz
then i just found stuff related to opacity in it, setted it to 1, zipped it back and swapped the files
