Toward the end of the article the -bs option is mentioned but never used. I could not finish the tutorial.
Sorry, but why are you asking here? That site is unrelated to Fedora. It doesn’t even mention Fedora.

rpmbuild -bs your-file.spec builds the source RPM file (which ends with the .src.rpm extension).
