Touchpad right click not working after Fedora 40/GNOME 46 update

I have a touchpad with no designated left and right button.

On previous versions of gnome-tweaks, there was an option under “Keyboard & Mouse” and then “Mouse Click Emulation” which on set to
“Area” would make the left and right side of touchpad behave like designated buttons. But this option seems to be removed from updated gnome-tweaks, it comes with a different option “Disable secondary click on touchpad which do not have a physical secondary button” but this option doesn’t seem to work either.

Added gnome-tweaks, touchpad, wayland, workstation

This is now a supported option, so it’s now in GNOME’s Settings. Look for “Touchpad”.
