How can i install Times New Roman font on Fedora libre office .

There are 3 packages for wine available:

dnf search font times


 wine-times-new-roman-fonts.noarch	Wine Times New Roman font family
 wine-times-new-roman-fonts-system.noarch	Wine Times New Roman font family system integration
 wine-times-new-roman-winefonts.noarch	Wine Times New Roman font family

There are two ways to install fonts on Fedora.
One: fonts that are packaged in Fedora and can be intalled with dnf.
Two: fonts tha you download from a website and manually install.

For the second option, you can find instructions at https://www.libreofficehelp.com/install-fonts-libreoffice-openoffice/#GNULinux_Ubuntu_Linux_Mint_Fedora_etc

Or one can download TImes New Roman from https://www.cufonfonts.com/font/times-new-roman unzip it and drop it in /usr/share/fonts/

What is not working? I posted two ansers. An you please be specific what is not working.

The wine-times-new-roman-fonts might just for wine.
However @theprogram and I gave other links. Please give feedback wich exactly works and then mark this as the answer.
Otherwise we have solutions which not work properly. This will annoy users.

Unless you specifically need Times New Roman, you could also try a metric-compatible font. Options are URW Nimbus Roman (part of the fonts that URW released as replacement for Microsoft’s core fonts), TeX Gyre Termes (part of the TeX Gyre extension/continuation of the URW fonts), or Liberation Serif (part of the Liberation fonts, which should be the default fonts in LibreOffice anyway).
