Throttled on Lenovo Thinkpad T480 running Fedora 44 and Windows 11

I recently got a Lenovo Thinkpad T480 (i7-8650U / 16GB RAM / 512GB m.2 SSD) and am running Fedora 44 alongside Windows 11 in a dual-boot setup.
After installing Fedora I noticed the information, that running Linux on a T480 requires to install throttled in order to prevent the system from throttling the cpu frequency.

Testing the frequency and temperatures with s-tui gave me these results:

I read contradicting information about if it is necesary to deactivate Secure Boot for running throttled. As I also run Windows 11 and I am cautious I would prefer to not deactivate it.

So, my question is: Is it possible to run throttled on my setup without deactivating secure boot? I don’t really want to tweak any volatage stuff, just want to prevent the throttling.

I’d appreciate any help as I have very little knowledge on this stuff.

I would assume that you can leave secure boot enabled.
Try running the throtted and see if it reports an issue.
